Visiting the website

If you use the website for information only — without sending a form — we process only the data your browser transmits to the server. These are stored temporarily in a log file where technically necessary to display the site and to ensure stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR):

• Date and time of the request
• Requested page and HTTP status
• Browser, operating system and referrer, where supplied

The logs are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required for those purposes, unless a longer retention is required by law.

Contact form and email

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we store the data you send (name, email address, telephone number if given, and your message) in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). We delete this data when storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if statutory retention duties apply.

This website does not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics. Language is chosen through the URL (/en or /ar). Technically necessary cookies may be set by the hosting environment. You can refuse cookies in your browser; some functions may then be limited.
