Who we are
Our story
Our story
The famous stallions Classic Shadwan (Multi-champion, †2009) and the “black pearl” Madallan-Madheen (gold-awarded, †2004) spent most of their lives at Rothenberg. Both remain the foundation sires of the present breeding.
Today the stallion group is built around exotic homozygous black stallions: GR Moneef, GR Ishad, GR Fasin and the young GR Layad. GR Ishad and GR Layad combine the blood of both foundation stallions.
Our goal is the perfect Arabian — a family and riding horse that can also succeed in the show ring. And we love the black color.
“The wind of heaven is that which blows between a horse’s ears.”
